½ liter Malt beer
2 tablespoons honey
500 milliliters black, brewed Tea
2 teaspoons Orange Syrup
4 white peppercorns
2 cloves
½ Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the honey, tea, and malt beer. Heat the mixture, stirring often, but don't allow to come to a boil. Place the syrup and spices into the hot liquid, and infuse overnight.

2.

Heat the punch, then pour through a fine strainer. Divide into punch glasses, and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
