1 bottle Rosé (0.75l)
30 grams sugar
1 Vanilla bean
3 Cardamom
3 cloves
2 Star anise
2 Cinnamon stick
50 milliliters Orange liqueur
3 small, organic Oranges
cloves (for larding)

3 Oranges (halved)

Preparation steps

1.

Add the rosé to a saucepan with the sugar and vanilla. Add the spices and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the Cointreau, and stir until combined. 

2.

Rinse the oranges in hot water, then lard with the cloves. Add the oranges to the punch. Cover the pot and heat for 1 hour, but don't allow to come to a boil. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the gingerbread, orange, star anise, and the cinnamon stick.
