Puffed Berry Batter Pudding

Melt half the butter in a pot and mix the flour and the milk together in a bowl. Whisk in the egg yolks, melted butter, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter with a spatula.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4.
Melt the remaining butter in an oven-proof pan. Add the batter and top with the strawberries. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan, dust with icing sugar and serve.
