½ packet Puff pastry dough ((225 grams)
8 halved, canned Pear
30 grams sugar
powdered sugar (for dusting)
200 grams Whipped cream
1 packet Vanilla sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the puff pastry.

Drain the pear halves.

3.

Cut the puff pastry into 8 circles of about 10 cm (approximately 4 inches) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle each circle with some sugar and place a pear half in the center.

5.

Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) (approximately 400°F) until golden brown, about 25 minutes.

6.

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar.

7.

Remove the tarts from the oven, dust with powdered sugar and serve while still warm with the cream.
