400 grams Strawberries
300 milliliters Whipped cream (minimum 30% fat content)
2 tablespoons Vanilla sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F) top and bottom heat.

Thaw the puff pastry, cut into 12 small rectangles and roll out thinly on a lightly floured surface. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Prick with a fork several times. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, about 8-12 minutes.

Rinse the strawberries, cut in half and drain. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Remove the puff pastry from the oven and let cool on wire rack. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve layered with cream and strawberries.
