Preparation steps

1.

Thaw puff pastry. Drain apricots well.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate marzipan, combine jam with lemon juice and add marzipan. Spread puff pastry pieces with jam mixture, leaving narrow border free. Fold in the edges and place 1 apricot into the middle. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
