8 slices Baguette
4 slices Prosciutto
75 grams grated Cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Bake the baguette slices with grated cheese on top in preheated oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, fry the quail eggs in a pan with butter. Cut the prosciutto in the middle, to make 8 pieces.

3.

Remove the bread from the oven, cover with prosciutto and fried eggs, place on a serving dish and serve seasoned with salt and pepper and garnished with herbs.
