250 milliliters water
½ teaspoon salt
100 grams butter
150 Pastry flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 packet Vanilla sugar
4 eggs
400 grams Raspberries
400 milliliters Whipped cream
1 packet Vanilla sugar
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Bring water with salt and butter to a boil. Combine flour with  cornstarch and add to boiling water at once, stirring constantly, until ball forms and dough leaves sides of a pot. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, stirring vigorously. Butter baking tray and lightly dust with flour. Pour dough into a piping bag with a large star tip and pipe rosettes (tennis ball sized) on the sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cut puff pastries across to let steam escape.

Fill cooled cream puffs' bottoms with whipped and sweetened cream, add raspberries and replace tops. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
