1 cube fresh Yeast (42 grams)
70 grams sugar
500 grams Pastry flour
1 teaspoon salt
80 grams softened butter
2 eggs

Preparation steps

Pour the milk into a saucepan, heat to lukewarm and remove from heat.

Crumble in fresh yeast.

Sprinkle with a pinch of sugar and let the yeast sit for about 10 minutes.

Mix the flour with the remaining sugar, salt, butter and eggs in a mixing bowl.

Pour in the yeast milk.

Knead with the dough hook of the electric hand mixer to a smooth dough. Knead until the dough no longer sticks to the edges of the bowl.

Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 45 minutes.
