medium-sized, new Potatoes
250 grams
1 splash
300 grams
pickled Herring (with onions)
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
finely chopped Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and wrap each in foil. Pierce all over several times with a fork and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Season the sour cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

4.

Remove the potatoes from the foil, cut crosswise, press slightly apart and arrange on plates.

Distribute some pieces of herring and onions onto each potato and drizzle with flaxseed oil. Spoon on some sour cream and serve garnished with dill.
