Potatoes with Herbed Quark
Scrub the potatoes, rinse and simmer in salted water in a covered pan until tender, about 25 minutes.
Mix quark with sour cream until smooth, season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs. Rinse radishes, trim, cut into slices or fine strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drain potatoes and serve with the herbed quark and radishes.
