5 scallions
150 grams Mayonnaise
4 Tbsps Vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, cut into 2 cm (pproximately 3/4 inch) cubes and cook in plenty of salted water for about 20-25 minutes. Cut salami slices into quarters or sixths, if desired.

2.

Rinse and shake dry scallions, cut into rings. Drain potatoes, combine with scallions and drizzle with vinegar. Add mayonnaise and salami and mix well. Season to taste and garnish with parsley, serve.
