8 slices Prosciutto

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F). Place the pre-packaged potato pancakes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through baking. 

2.

Rinse the arugula, pat dry and remove the leaves. Top the potato pancakes with arugula and prosciutto, season with salt and pepper and serve.
