10 ozs Pork tenderloin
3 ½ ozs button Mushroom
1 onion
2 Tbsps chopped Basil
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps clarified butter
6 ozs Whipped cream
1 tsp grated Lemon peel
2 tsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim beans. Cut pork into strips. Wipe mushrooms clean with a paper towel and cut into slices. Peel and chop onion. Cook beans in salted boiling water, about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse beans with cold water and let drain again.

Sauté mushrooms in a little hot clarified butter until browned. Remove from pan.

In a pan, sauté onion in a little clarified butter. Add cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer about 2 minutes. Add basil and beans and heat briefly until warmed through.

In a pan, sauté pork in hot clarified butter, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in 2 tablespoons water, lemon zest and lemon juice. Serve pork with beans and sprinkle with mushrooms.
