Pork in Foil
Trim two pieces of foil to about 25 x 30 cm (approximately 10 x 12 inch), fold into packets with edges upwards. Rinse dill, shake dry and add with caraway and beer into one foil packet. In the second packet, using a knife make small holes and cover the first packet with it. Fold edges tightly so that the beer can not leak out.
Cut pork loin into 0.5 cm (approximately 3/8 inch) thick slices, pound a little flat and lay on the perforated aluminum foil and season with salt. Rinse cucumber, cut into thin slices and add to the meat. Place aluminum foil along with meat and cucumber to steam about 8-10 minutes in a nonstick pan. The generated heat will steam the flavor of beer, caraway and dill into the pork.
Before serving, stir the sour cream with salt and a little red pepper and drizzle over the pork and cucumber.
