1 tablespoon vegetable oil
150 milliliters Cider
60 grams raisins

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry the cutlets. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in a skillet in hot oil on both sides, about 1 minute each side. Deglaze with the cider, add the raisins and cook covered over low heat for about 10 minutes, until done.

Arrange pork on serving plates and ladle some of the sauce on top. Serve hot.
