Pop popcorn according to package directions and keep warm in the oven.
In a pot, soak cinnamon stick and cloves in water over a low heat for 20 minutes to remove spices. Add sugar and honey, bring to a boil and reduce liquids by half. Seperate liquid into thirds in 3 bowls. Add red food coloring to one-third, red food coloring to one-third and orange to remaining. Pour each color mixture over one-third of popcorn and mix. Beat egg whites with lemon juice in a bowl until stiff. Separate egg whites into thirds and fold carefully into popcorn. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Form popcorn cookies 2 tablespoons in size and arrange on baking tray. Bake in preheated 150°C / 325°F about 20 minutes until dry.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
