Preparation steps

For the cake, mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the honey in it. Add the milk mixture and oil to the dry ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

Grease a loaf tin with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 45-60 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick. Remove the cake from the pan and set aside to cool, then slice and serve.
