4 Pear
200 milliliters white wine
1 Star anise
½ Cinnamon stick
1 lemon (juiced)
4 tablespoons sugar
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tablespoon honey
2 centiliters Pear brandy
Chocolate biscuit

Preparation steps

1.

Combine white wine with about 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of water, sugar, spices and lemon juice and bring to a boil.

2.

Peel pears, halve and core. Place into white wine syrup and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes and cool, covered.

3.

Whisk yogurt with honey and pear brandy until smooth. Remove pears from syrup and arrange on plates. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with crushed chocolate chip cookies, if desired. Serve.
