Plums with Quark Cream

When buying cinnamon, take a look at the variety and choose Ceylon cinnamon instead of Cassia cinnamon.
Rinse and halve the plums and remove the pits.
In a bowl, stir together the quark, yogurt and pistachios. Rinse and halve the lemon and juice one half. Add lemon juice and honey to taste to the quark mixture. Cut the remaining lemon into wedges for garnish. Spoon the cream into the plums and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Serve with lemon wedges.
