juice of Oranges
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
almonds (grated)
2 tablespoons
Raisins (soaked in rum)
1 tablespoon
softened Butter
1 tablespoon
brown Sugar
Mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Remove pits from plums and slice into columns.

2.

Boil port wine with honey and orange juice, add plums and simmer for 30 minutes. Then serve in dessert glasses and add a dab of whipped cream on top.

3.

Knead together sugar, butter, drained raisins and almonds and crumble over the plum dessert. Serve garnished with mint.
