200 grams sugar
150 milliliters Rum
1 Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, halve and pit plums.

2.

Combine sugar with a little water andcook until light brown. Add cinnamon and deglaze pan with 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of water. Add plums and remove from heat, let stand for 2 minutes. Drain plums through a sieve. Add rum into caramel, simmer for a little and pour over plums. Cool and serve with lemon.
