175 grams Semolina flour
175 grams Sour cream
175 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Rinse, halve and remove pits from the plums. Place in a greased baking dish. Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with butter, sugar and lemon zest until fluffy. Stir in the semolina flour, sour cream and milk.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the yolk-flour mixture and then spread the mixture onto the plums. Bake in a preheated 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven for about 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar after removing from oven. Serve warm.
