Plum Lasagna with Custard
Blend vanilla pudding mix with 50 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) cold milk until smooth. Boil remaining milk with sugar and vanilla sugar and stir pudding milk into boiling milk. Cook everything for 3 minutes while stirring, remove from heat and stir in egg yolks.
Drain plums. Stir layer cheese into custard. Pour a thin layer of custard into buttered baking dish, top with layer of lasagna noodles and spread with another layer of custard.
Put plums in custard, add some custard on top and cover with a second layer of lasagna noodles. Spread remaining custard on top of lasagna. Sprinkle almonds over lasagna and set knobs of butter on top. Cook lasagna for 45 minutes in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F)
