2 tablespoons Rum (or rum flavoring and 1 tablespoon water)

Preparation steps

1.

Finely chop pistachios, reserving about 20 grams (approximately 3/4 ounce) for garnish.

Finely chop prunes and knead with chopped pistachios, marzipan and rum. Roll between 2 pieces of plastic wrap until about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick. Cut out cookies about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) in diameter. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
