150 milliliters Whipped cream
3 eggs
250 milliliters milk
75 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
75 grams slivered almonds
75 grams butter
2 tablespoons Cinnamon sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the plums and cut in half, remove the pit. Cut the bread into slices. Beat the cream with the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar. Alternate the plums and the bread slices in a buttered mold. Pour in the egg milk and sprinkle with almonds. Cover with cubes of butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over it and bake in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. To serve, scoop out of the pan and serve lukewarm with the whipped cream.
