Plum Bread Pudding
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) on the convection setting.
Rinse the plums, cut in half, remove the pits and chop. Mix the plums, cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice and infuse for about 20 minutes. Spread the plum mixture into an ovenproof glass bowl greased with butter. Cut the bread into large, bite-size pieces and place on top of the plums. Mix the heavy cream, eggs and powdered sugar. Pour over the bread and let stand for about 10 minutes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
