- 6 ozs Plum
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 10 ozs Soy milk
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
Preparation

Rinse the blueberries, and set aside 3 nice looking berries for garnish.

Rinse and dry the plums. Halve, remove the stones, and chop.
3.
Puree the blueberries, plums, honey, lemon juice, and soy milk. Pour the mixture into glasses.
4.
Skewer the blueberries with the lemon balm. Garnish the shakes with the berry skewers, and serve.
