200 grams Pastry flour
20 grams Yeast
100 milliliters lukewarm water
4 tablespoons olive oil

150 grams spicy Salami

Preparation steps

Add the pastry flour to a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the yeast. Sprinkle with flour and let rise for 15 minutes in a warm place.

Add the remaining lukewarm water to the flour mixture and knead to a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball and cover. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Take out the tomatoes and rinse with cold water, peel them and cut into small cubes.

For the tomato sauce, saute the tomato cubes with 1 tablespoon oil in a pan slightly. Add in the thyme and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.

Grease 2 pizza pans with some oil. Knead the dough again, divide into 2 portions and roll out each according to the size of pizza pans. Make the edges slightly thicker.

Spread the tomato sauce over the dough. Top with mozzarella slices, cherry tomato and sausage slices, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 250°C (fan: 220°C, gas mark 5) (approximately 475°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
