grated Cheese (such as Gouda)
150 grams
Salami (sliced)
1 sprig

Preparation steps

For the dough: crumble yeast in a bowl, add sugar and about 175 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of lukewarm water, whisk until smooth. Add flour, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and salt to yeast mixture and knead to a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.

Preheat the oven to 240 ° C Preheat convection with baking trays.

Divide dough into 4 balls, roll out on a floured surface into about 22 cm circles (approximately 9 inches), making the edges slightly thicker. Arrange on two preheated baking sheets.

Season crushed tomatoes with salt and pepper and spread on pizzas, leaving the edges free. Sprinkle with cheese and top with salami. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary.

Bake in preheated oven at 240°C (approximately 465°F) for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
