Preparation steps
1.
Wash the oranges and lemons and slice or cut into rough pieces. Drop the peaches into boiling water for a few seconds, then skin, halve, remove the stones and dice the flesh.
2.
Put the fruit into a carafe, add the red wine and sweeten with the sugar syrup. Add the orange juice, brandy and Curaçao, stir and chill for 2-3 hours.
