Dip the rim of the glass in the orange juice. Sprinkle the sugar on a plate, and dip the rim of the glass in the sugar. Make sure the rim is thoroughly coated.
Peel the pineapple, and reserve 2 beautiful leaves. Cut the pulp into cubes. Place two cubes of pineapple with the leaves on a skewer. Puree the remaining pulp with the coconut milk and the liqueur. Add the crushed ice to the smoothie.
Place the smoothie in the glass, garnish with the skewer, and serve.
