Crushed ice
6 centimeters white Rum
12 centiliters Pineapple juice
3 centiliters Coconut cream
3 Ice cubes
¼ Pineapple (for garnish)
1 Maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Fill a glass halfway with crushed iced. Pour the rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a shaker with the ice cubes. Shake vigorously.

2.

Pour through a strainer into the glass. Serve garnished with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
