For the dough
250 grams butter
200 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
6 eggs
300 grams Pastry flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Baking powder
100 grams Coconut flakes
4 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Cocoa
1 large can Pineapple (drained and diced)
For the topping
250 grams Whipped cream
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
50 grams Coconut flakes
50 grams Chocolate

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, and stir until mixture is frothy. In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder . Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture. Dough should be smooth and spreadable, add a little more milk if needed.

Divide dough in half. Add coconut flakes and 1 tablespoon milk to one portion of dough. Add cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons milk to remaining portion of dough. Spread coconut dough on a baking sheet and smooth. Spread chocolate dough on coconut dough and top with pineapple.

Bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove and let cool in the baking sheet.

Beat cream and stir in powdered sugar. Spread cream onto cake. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and coconut flakes and serve.
