Pickled Nasturtium Seeds
Rinse the seeds and remove flower stalks or residue. Place in a saucepan with 200 ml (approximately 7/8 cup) of water, vinegar, salt, sugar and bay leaves. Add some water as needed so the seeds are covered. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
Provide clean jars rinsed with boiling water. Remove the bay leaves from the liquid and put the seeds in the glasses. Make sure seeds are covered with liquid. Leave to cool in a dark place for 4 weeks.
