1 tart Apple
1 white onion
2 small Pickled cucumbers
2 tablespoons scallions
200 grams Whipped cream
250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 tablespoons White vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Cut pickled herring fillets crosswise into finger-width strips. Rinse, trim and cut radishes into small cubes. Rinse, quarter and remove core from apple. Cut apple into thin slices. Peel, halve and finely chop onion.

Dice pickled cucumber. Whisk creme fraiche with yogurt and vinegar. Mix in herring, radish, apple, onion, pickled cucumber and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate and let marinate about 1 hour before serving.
