700 grams Boiled potato (the previous day, waxy variety)
400 grams young green Beans
4 Pickled herring
2 onions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons White vinegar
6 tablespoons Corn oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut into slices.

Rinse beans, trim and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain well.

3.

Peel onion and chop finely. Mix lemon juice, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste with oil, onion and parsley.

4.

Arrange herring with potatoes and beans on plates and distribute the dressing over the top.
