6 Pickled herring (from a jar)
3 slices Dark Whole Wheat Bread
60 grams butter
1 bunch Dill
1 yellow onion
4 Radish

Preparation steps

Drain the herrings very well and cut the fillets lengthwise. Cut the bread slices into 12 equal squares. Chop 1/2 bunch dill finely and mix with the butter. Spread bread cubes with butter. Place a few dill pieces across each half herring fillet and roll tightly.

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse the radishes and cut into thin slices. Place onion rings and radish slices on bread cubes, top with the herring rolls and secure each with a wooden skewer. Serve immediately.
