Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain the anchovies, capers and olives. Coarsely chop the olives and anchovies. Peel the garlic and push through a garlic press. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the garlic and cook until tender. Add the olives and anchovies and saute briefly.

Rinse, halve and core the tomatoes, add to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook just until the tomatoes start to collapse. Drain the pasta and mix with the ingredients in the pan. Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with basil and grated Parmesan.
