1 Small pot, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Wooden spoon

Juice the orange.

Coarsely chop the peanuts.

In a pot over medium-low heat combine the butter, sugar and honey until the sugar has completely melted.

Add 1 teaspoon of orange juice, oats, oat cereal and chopped peanuts to the pot. Continue stirring until evenly mixed and golden brown.

Stir in raisins.

Spread the mixture with a damp rubber spatula on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 150°C (fan 130°C, gas mark 1-2) (approximately 300°F/convection 265°F) on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes.
