400 milliliters light Molasses
2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
200 grams Coconut flakes
375 grams Corn flakes
500 grams Baking chocolate

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the peanut butter with the molasses. Chop the chocolate and melt in a double boiler.

Crumble the cornflakes, mix with the vanilla sugar and coconut flakes, and combine with the peanut butter mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread approximately half of the mixture on the baking sheet. Drizzle a little of the melted chocolate over the top, then cover with the remaining peanut butter mixture. Press down well to stick the layers together and then cover with the remaining melted chocolate. Let the chocolate harden and then chill in the refrigerator. To serve, cut into pieces.
