8 Peaches (halved, 400 grams, canned)
60 grams Peach Jam
2 centiliters Rum
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw puff pastry and roll out on a floured surfce, cut out 8 circles 10 cm in dimeter (approximately 4 inches). Place on a baking sheet. Drain peaches and arrange on top of pastry. Heat jam with rum and brush peaches with the mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
