Packed with nutrients and antioxidants, peaches are rich in many vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds. Peaches and limes are both high in vitamin C, helping you boost your immune system.
You can susbtitute the sugar for coconut sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
Boil the sugar with 1/2 cup of water in a pot, simmer for 3-4 minutes, and then cool.
Blanch the peaches in boiling water, rinse with cold water, peel, halve, remove the pits and cut into cubes. Puree the peach cubes finely with the sugar syrup, lime juice and peach liqueur.
Beat the egg white and fold into the peach puree. Finish in an ice cream maker or pour into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a fork so that the sorbet is smooth.
To serve, scoop into bowls and garnish with additional peach cubes.
