1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
0.333 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 cup softened butter (scant)
8 Peaches (depending on size), cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 lemon (juice)
4 teaspoons Peach liqueur (optional)
½ cup Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C / 400°F, and butter four individual oven-proof dishes.

For the crumble, mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla and butter. Rub between your fingers to create the crumble texture.

Mix the peaches with icing sugar, lemon juice and peach liqueur, if using, and divide between the dishes. Scatter the crumble over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and top with a spoonful of crème fraîche.
