Preparation steps

Blanch the peaches for 30 seconds in boiling water. Remove from the water and peel. Halve, remove the seeds, and chop the fruit. Place the peaches in a saucepan, and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce the heat, and simmer over low heat until the peaches are soft.

Increase the temperature, add the jam sugar, and boil for 5 minutes. Rinse the wild strawberries. Place the strawberries in the jam, and stir until combined. Fill the jam to the brim of the prepared jars. Seal tightly, turn upside down, and cool completely.
