500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the berries and the peaches. Trim the berries. Peel the peaches, remove the stones, and finely dice. Mix both fruits with the vanilla seeds and the jam sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool.
