250 grams Ground turkey
100 milliliters chicken stock
½ tsp Chili powder

Preparation steps

Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente and drain well.

Meanwhile, peel and grate carrots. Rinse and slice leek into thin strips. Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté carrots over medium heat about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add leek and sauté 3 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring frequently, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 2-3 minutes. Season with chili powder and salt and pepper.

Rinse arugula and spin dry. Combine pasta with meat mixture. Top with crumbled feta and arugula and serve immediately.
