- 4 organic Limes
- 400 grams Cape gooseberries
- 30 grams ginger
- 500 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 4 Tbsps soybean oil
- 3 Tbsps Agave syrup
- 250 milliliters Soy cream
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse limes in hot water, pat dry, zest and juice. Loosen cape gooseberries from husks and cut in half. Peel ginger and finely chop.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Heat oil in a wok and sauté ginger. Deglaze wok with lime juice, stir in agave syrup and soy cream and simmer 2-3 minutes over low heat.
3.
Drain pasta and stir into sauce with the gooseberries and half the lime zest. Season pasta with salt and pepper and sprinkle with remaining lime zest to serve.
