1 onion
2 carrots
1 Parsnip
1 zucchini
½ bunch marjoram (approximately 15 grams)
3 tablespoons olive oil
500 grams mixed Ground meat
800 grams peeled tomatoes (canned)
100 milliliters Whipped cream
salt

sugar
500 grams Spaghetti
2 tablespoons marjoram

Preparation steps

Peel onion and chop. Peel carrots and parsnip, cut into small cubes. Rinse zucchini and cut into small cubes. Rinse and shake dry marjoram, pluck off leaves and chop finely.

Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, carrots and parsnip for a few minutes. Add ground beef and saute briefly. Add tomatoes and reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add  cream, marjoram and zucchini and mix well.

Simmer for a few minutes and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain well. Add pasta to the sauce and toss well. Arrange on plates and garnish with marjoram leaves. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve.
