100 grams Prosciutto (sliced)
1 Tbsp butter
100 milliliters Vegetable broth

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the bottom third of the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut the prosciutto into strips and sauté with the onion in a large pan with the butter. Fry the asparagus briefly. Pour in the broth and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook about 10 minutes util the asparagus is tender.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Mix the crème fraîche with the asparagus and season. Add the drained pasta to the pan and arrange on plates.

To serve: Garnish with thin slices of Parmesan.
